Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a $75 charge. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. To ensure the best results, clients are expected to come prepared with specific objectives for their business or creative projects, along with a clear picture of the challenges they are facing. You should also be ready to discuss your current strategies, goals, and desired outcomes. This preparation allows us to dive straight into building solutions and actionable steps during the very first meeting.
