Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in a $75 charge. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. To ensure we make the most of our time together, clients are expected to come prepared with clear objectives and an understanding of their story, writing goals, or the challenges they are currently experiencing. We will begin working on your objectives immediately during the first meeting.
